Term & Conditions

Participants who attend the online session will use the Zoom application. This application is available FREE OF CHARGE and can be downloaded on Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Participants are required to install the application in advance.
Participants who have confirmed their payment will receive an INVITATION LINK via WhatsApp. Please ensure that the WhatsApp number provided is correct and active.
When registering to access BNI Pioneer Online via the Zoom application, participants MUST register using the same name and email address as those used during the initial registration.
If any discrepancies in the name and email address are found between the registration data and the Zoom access registration, the participant will NOT be entitled to access the Zoom link for BNI Pioneer Online.
Participants may join the provided access link 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the BNI Pioneer Online.
The E-Ticket is valid for one (1) person and one (1) time use only, according to the specified event date and time.
E-Tickets that have been ordered, purchased, and paid for by participants cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, resold, or transferred to any other party for any reason.
There will be no class replacement for participants who are unable to attend the online class according to the scheduled time.
